Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

Pack Your Items

Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package back to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
